Organisation Structure

ITAG shall have the following organs:

• General Assembly

• The General Assembly shall be responsible for setting the overall aims and objectives of ITAG, as well as electing members of the Executive Committee.

• The General Assembly is the highest decision-making organ of ITAG, and consists of all eligible voting Members of the Association.

• The supreme authority of the Association shall be vested in the General Assembly.

• Board of Trustees

• Members of the Board of Trustees shall be nominated by the Executive committee and ratified by the General Assembly.

• The Board of Trustees shall advise and make recommendations on issues raised by the Executive Committee.

• The Executive Committee shall have regard to the advice and recommendations made by the Board of Trustees

• The members of the Board of Trustees shall be persons of high standing, repute in the society and share the ideals of the Association.

• The President and Secretary of the Association shall be Ex officio members of the Board of Trustees.
